Watters Electrical was involved in the installation of a 750KVa 22KV transformer supplying power to a 1000A rated site main switchboard.

The premises included supply authority meter panels, common area light and power boards along with four retail space switchboards and thirty independent living unit switchboards.

All the unit switchboards were separately metered along with an NBN connection to each unit. Every unit was fitted with free to air television as well as MATV capability.

A fully integrated video intercom system was included in the premises to marry into the access control system to allow entry to the building as well as each unit.

A CCTV system was included in the design along with a 1670.1 compliant fire system.

A 30KW PV system was install on the roof to offset the common area electrical demands.
