The Project consisted in Relocating J-Well pelletizer from centre of factory to new location on side of shed to allow for new installation of Line 10 pipe extruder.
Installing new guards and fencing for J-Well pelletiser and upgrade safety control circuit.
Reconfiguring location of Zerma granulator to allow for new extruder line, the installation of a new gate safety key and lock system, with dual safety zones for operational setups.
Installing new pipe extruder line down the centre of the shed with central services tray and energy chain for moving vac tanks and spray tanks.
